"Skyshare Manager" software

"Skyshare Manager" is API-based application, developed in Java(TM) environment and thus compatible with both Windows and MacOS systems. Any Skyshare Network content might be available for downloads only via Skyshare Manager utility. Software requires Java(TM) framework, so if you are PC user, you must have Java(TM) platform installed for the proper operational of the Software. Skyshare Manager is free but trial version is provided with with limited access (e.g. you can browse the Skyshare Network content, but unable to download files), full access to the Network and to files requires activation. Activation is done by online payment via any of our retailers (please see the list of official Software retailers), it is instant and automatic. Upon successful payment You receive virtual traffic credit (balance) and You can start using full functionality of Software (e.g. downloading files) immediately. Software will charge Your balance (which is equivalent of traffic) for each download (as set in tariffs of Skyshare Network system).

1. Installation

Please download the latest version of "Skyshare Manager" from Your Account page. Upon download completion please run skyshare-manager.jar installation pack and follow few simple steps to complete installation.


2. Setup/Authorization

Once you have installed Skyshare Manager, please run the Software (either via installed shortcut or via your disk explorer). You will be prompted to input your credentials (e.g. login and password). Credentials must be just the same as you used upon registration with retailer website. If you have any problems with software authorization, please write to our support team, we will advise asap.

3. Browsing content

Once you pass Skyshare Manager authorization, you can start browsing content and download files. SkyShare Manager provides well-established and structured catalogue on basis and in respect of Skyshare Network content. Browsing is completely free, however you must activate the Software (i.e. purchase credit) to be able to download files.

4. Downloads

Credit purchased on retailer website on behalf of Skyshare Manager owner is going to be measurement of your traffic spends. Skyshare Network is a Premium fileshare Network with moderated and maintenances content and thus your balance is charged for every download/traffic spent. Each file/download has explicit traffic measure, and basically this is $0.20 / per download. Downloads are recorded into your History and you can re-download files for free.

5. Tariffs

Every file, that can be browsed and downloaded via Skyshare Manager, is supplied with traffic measurement. Basically this is small fee of $0.20 / per file. Some huge files might occasionally spend more traffic. Thus, your traffic balance is being deducted accordingly and every time you run any new download. You can watch your current balance state either at retailer websites, or at the Software itself, in the left-bottom part of the Software frame.
